AECCTV 1

This is the first video edited together from my own footage for the Panoptic video project. Seeing as I had an eclectic collection of footage, I've decided to only use the Kaiser Chiefs stuff for this video, making it easier for the narrative to flow.

I've decided to edit the clips in a way that gives the impression of a CCTV monitor, slightly disjointed as if you're clicking between different cameras at different angles. I bookended the footage with the shot of the tower as if to suggest the camera-hopping has come full circle. The synch-sound is intended to convey a similar feeling.
